These class libraries for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 include many namespaces that are obsolete in this release of SharePoint Server 2010, along with namespaces that contain classes and methods for working with claims providers and creating user interfaces on mobile devices.

The following table lists the public namespaces in these class libraries that you can use to develop your solutions.

Namespaces

Namespace	Description
Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.ClaimProviders	Contains classes for working with claims providers, entities, organizations, and hierarchy trees.
Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.MobileControls	Contains classes for creating user interfaces for SharePoint Server 2010 on mobile devices.
