Remarks
The SPAcl cannot be set directly.Any permission changes should be made using the AddGroupManager(String) and DeleteGroupManager(String) methods. Group managers themselves, or users who can modify the set of group managers canaccess this property. Specifically, the current user must have TaxonomyRights.ManageTermStore permission or TaxonomyRights.GroupManager permission to access this property.
