Represents the in, in-out, out, and return parameters of each method.

The Parameter type exposes the following members.

	Method	Gets the method the parameter belongs to.

	OrdinalNumber	Sets or gets the ordinal number of the parameter in the method signature.

	RootTypeDescriptor	Gets the top-level (root) type descriptor for the parameter.
