Gets the association by using the association identifier and the metadata store.

The requested association.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	The metadataCatalog parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	The id parameter is equal to zero.
MetadataObjectNotFoundException	The specified association does not exist in the metadata store.
