Represents the base class for all exceptions defined in the UCMA API.

The RealTimeException type exposes the following members.

	RealTimeException()	Initializes a new instance of the class.
	RealTimeException(String)	Initializes a new instance of the class with a specified error message.
	RealTimeException(SerializationInfo, StreamingContext)	Initializes a new instance of the class with serialized data.
	RealTimeException(String, Exception)	Initializes a new instance of the class with a specified error message and reference to the inner exception that is the cause of this exception.
