Remarks
The default value is false. The default value will be returned if the application has not overridden the value in LocalEndpointSettings and the value was not present in the registration response. Note that Application is typically expected to have its endpoints only register inside the corporate network whereas User (that is mobile) is expected to register from either inside or outside the corporate network.
