Category Filter Field, Payment Order Table

Enter in this field, if required, a category filter for the documents included in this payment order. If a particular category code is entered in this field, only those documents that have this code will be considered.

To see the codes configured in the Category Code table, click the field.

The calculated fields in this table that are affected by this filter are: Amount and Amount (LCY).

If this field has a category code (i.e., it is not empty), then in the field Amount/Amount (LCY), for example, it will show only the amounts that correspond to documents with the category code specified in this field.

Up to 10 alphanumeric characters can be used. Certain rules must be followed to combine them correctly:
