Qty. Exp. Calculated Field, Phys. Inventory Order Line Table

Specifies if the content of the Qty. Expected (Base) field from the inventory order line is already calculated. The content of this field will be filled automatically when creating the inventory order lines or additionally by using the according function.

You cannot change the contents of the field manually.
