Calc. Phys. Invt. Order Lines Batch Job

Use this batch job to create automatically new inventory order lines for the current inventory order.

If there are already existing inventory order lines, the program will append the new lines at the end of the document.

Before adding a new line, the program checks, if there is already an existing physical inventory order line with the combination of the 4 fields Item No., Variant Code, Location Code and Bin Code. In this case the program will not insert a new line to avoid duplicate lines.

Options

Calculate Qty. Expected: Place a check mark in the check box if you want the program to calculate and insert the contents of the field quantity expected for new created physical inventory order lines.

Items Not on Inventory: Place a check mark in the check box if you want the program to insert physical inventory order lines for items that are not on inventory (that is, lines for items where the value in the Quantity Expected field is 0). If you do not place a check mark, the program will ignore such lines.
