Demand Quantity (Base) Field, Requisition Line Table
Specifies the quantity of the demand that the planning line represents. This quantity is expressed in the base unit of measure.
If the demand is a sales line, then it is the value in the Quantity (Base) field of that sales line. If the demand is a component line, then it is the value in the Expected Quantity (Base) field of that component line.
These fields are used to calculate the needed quantity using the following formula:
Demand Quantity – Demand Qty. Available = Needed Quantity
