Como: Alterar a velocidade de um Clock sem alterar a velocidade do seu timeline

A propriedade SpeedRatio de um objeto ClockController permite que você altere a velocidade de um Clock sem alterar o SpeedRatio do Timeline do Clock. No exemplo a seguir, um ClockController é usado para modificar o SpeedRatio de um relógio interativamente. O evento CurrentGlobalSpeedInvalidated e a propriedade CurrentGlobalSpeed do relógio são usados para exibir a velocidade global atual do relógio sempre que seu SpeedRatio interativo é alterado.
