IMetaDataImport::CountEnum Method
Gets the number of elements in the enumeration that was retrieved by the specified enumerator.

Remarks
The handle specified by hEnum is obtained from a previous EnumName call (for example, IMetaDataImport::EnumTypeDefs Method).
