RefreshCache Method

Refreshes an orders system cache.

Remarks
Refresh the payment methods. Loads the payment values into the orders cache. The cache is used on the runtime side. It refreshes cache on all the webservers for the site. It looks in the Admin database to get the list of webeservers
Use this method to force an immediate refresh of the payment methods in the Orders System cache.
In order to perform a RefreshCache, the user must have the OrdersViewer permissions. See Orders System Roles [CS06] for more information about the specific roles in the Order System.
Some order system APIs support distributed transactions. If a cookie with a valid transaction is found the order system enlists as part of that transaction. If a valid transaction is not found the order system initiates a new transaction.
Permissions
