Retrieves a list of all the sites available in the Administration database.

A Recordset object containing the list of all sites available in the Administration database.

Implemented by GlobalConfigFreeThreaded.Sites (Sites).
Returns a recordset object containing the list of all sites available in the Administration database.
The Initialize method must be called before this method can be called.
