Remarks
With the row and column values of the ShippingRatesDataSet..::.ShippingRatesDataTable, you can determine exactly which cell of the data table has been modified.
A CodeChangeEventArg is returned as part of the PriceChanged and PriceChanging events to indicate the action that was taken on a row to raise the event.
