Gets the date and time when the last checkpoint happened.

Property Value
Type: System..::.DateTime
The date and time when the last checkpoint happened.
Remarks
For a newly created Advertisement, the CheckpointTime is set to the StartDate.
When an Ad is staged to a production tier, the checkpoint data is updated based on the actual performance figures in the production tier.
