This defines the number of minutes that a promotion code is reserved for a user or basket, when required. After this time elapses, the reservation may be invalidated. A scheduled task is responsible for expiring reservations periodically based on this setting.
The default value is 30 minutes; there is no upper limit. If you provide a negative number, the default value is used.
