Remarks
The xmlRetrieve enumeration value shall be one of the following:
Data - Retrieve Data only.
Schema - Retrieve schema only.
SchemaAndData - Retrieve schema and data.
The xmlFormat enumeration value shall be one of the following:
AttributeCentric - Attribute centric format.
ElementCentric - Element centric format.
