Gets a value indicating whether UpmMembershipProvider keeps track of the date the user was last authenticated or accessed the application.

true to indicate that the provider keeps track of the date the user was last authenticated or accessed the application; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Returns a value indicating whether or not UpmMembershipProvider keeps track of the date the user was last authenticated or accessed the application. Returns true to indicate that the provider keeps track of the date the user was last active. Returns false to indicate that the provider does not keep track of the date the user was last active.
