Gets a value indicating whether UpmMembershipProvider keeps track of the date the user was created.

true to indicate that the provider keeps track of the date the user was created; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Returns a value indicating whether or not UpmMembershipProvider keeps track of the date the user was created. Returns true to indicate that the provider keeps track of the date the user was created. Returns false to indicate that the provider does not keep track of the date the user was created.
