Note
If your organization is using a previously released version of the Unified Service Desk 4.1 client application, you must uninstall the application and then install version 4.1.1.1433, instead of upgrading to version 4.1.1.1433.
If your organization is using a previous version other than the Unified Service Desk 4.1 client application, you can upgrade to the version 4.1.1.1433.
