Obtém o número de pacotes de IP (protocolo IP) que não puderam ser fragmentados.

Comentários

Os pacotes que excedem o tamanho máximo do transporte ip são divididos em fragmentos e remontados no destino. O valor retornado por essa propriedade indica o número de pacotes que precisavam ser fragmentados para o transporte ip, mas não pôde ser porque o cabeçalho do pacote especificou que o pacote não era fragmentado.
