Reset Toolbars

You can reset any toolbar to its default settings. Just click on the drop-down to the right of any toolbar then click on "Add or Remove Buttons":
Click on "Reset Toolbar":

You will get a dialog like this:

Click "Yes" and it will remove any custom buttons and reset the toolbar to its default settings.
