Live Meeting: Integrated Case Management for Local Authorities - Tuesday July 1st
Here’s a date for your calendar on a new case management solution for local authorities. We are running a Live Meeting (webcast) on Tuesday July 1st from 10-11am on Integrated Case Management for Local Authorities.
Our partner, Tubedale, will be demonstrating their solution for responding more efficiently to internal and external event triggers and how local authority employees can set up workflows to assess, plan, perform, monitor and evaluate the options and services required by citizens.
This Live Meeting is a practical demonstration of typical local authority workflows for activities such as:
- Case management scenarios for web portal access by local residents
- Email response including auto-creation of cases from email
- Cases triggered by in-bound hardcopy documents
- Quick-service cases to maximize calls completed at first-line contact
- Geographic information system (GIS) integration for locating issues and incidents
You can find out more and register in advance or just join the meeting on the day. Either way I'd advise that in advance you do check that your PC is ready to use Microsoft Office Live (if it is then you will be taken straight through to a Live Meeting screen, if it isn't you will be prompted to download it), then all you need to do on the day is connect to the Internet and use a headset to listen to the audio.
