The 5th cumulative update release for SQL Server 2012 SP3 is now available for download at the Microsoft Downloads site. Please note that registration is no longer required to download Cumulative updates.

    Didn't SQL Server 2012 SP3 CU5 got release in 11/21/2015 ?Any changes was made to the CU?

    Hey,Thanks for the update. Is it expected that CU5 would not update the build number for Full-Text and Semantic Extractions for Search?Post install, the build is still reporting as SP3 (.6020)-Dan

    Are the CUs no longer being released to WSUS? I thought I saw at least one CU come through there earlier in the year. It is convenient to be able to manage them through WSUS.

      Thanks for inquiring about these. We are working on getting the latest SQL Server 2012 Cumulative Updates published to the catalog.

        The latest SQL Server 2012 SP3 Cumulative Update is now CU9.Are there any continued plans to add them to WSUS or the Update Catalog?https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3133750/sql-server-2012-sp3-build-versions
