What do you know Joe... Enterprise Library is out the door

Go get it while it is hot here.  I can’t believe.. we could have waited a few more days and it would have been a full year.

When deploying a web service that uses Enterprise Library June 2005 and Framework 1.1, do you have to install Enterprise Library on the IIS 6 Server. I tried moving the Ent Lib DLLs to a folder under the Web Service, and referencing them in the application. The client consumer works fine as long as the Web Service references the Ent Lib DLLs on the same server as the client app (XP Pro with Ent Lib installed on it. But when I move the app to the IIS 6 server, I get the following error "The type initializer for "Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.Instrumentation.DataCommandFailedEvent" threw an exception."
