Homeward Bound

The last year in Redmond has been truly amazing. Besides working with the great people in the .NET team and elsewhere at Microsoft – an experience that can’t be done justice in a brief blog post like this – I’ve also had a chance to take in Seattle and to explore the incredible Pacific Northwest.

It might come as a bit of a surprise then to hear that I’m leaving the US to return to Brisbane, Australia. Despite the many attractions of being here, I’ve found that it is too far to be away from my family and friends.

This Friday will be my last day here, and this blog will shortly be going into ‘read-only’ mode, so please find me on Twitter if you’d like to keep in touch.
