Peter, I have updated the post and removed the Pre-Release members as of now. Perhaps I was to positive and assumed it was available for everybody. I will follow-up and see why it it is currently only available to Showcase Members.

Previous releases are not yet available to Certified Partner.  Is this going to be available for Certified Partners?

Kiran, I believe every partner was able to download the CTP3 VPC through PartnerSource.

I tried but no success.  As I understand, only partners with MBS specialization seem to have access to PartnerSource.  Should we have access as well?  If so, I can contact my local Microsoft Office for assistance.

"If you are wondering if this RC0 release can be upgraded to RTM...stop wondering because this will be possible" I have conflicting information from the beta newsgroups: "there will not be any support in this newsgoup for upgrades from RC0 to RTM." Who do I believe?

Regan, you are right. Appearantly stuff has changed and RC0 will not be upgradeable. I have updated the post.
