Just back from lunch at the new Commons at Studios West. The food service seemed a little overwhelmed today – but it will be a great destination when they settle in. Good local restaurants are up and running – Acapulco Fresh, Mayuri, Typhoon; Spitfire Grill is coming later in the month. Reminded me a little of the marketplace common area at BestBuy HQ in Minneapolis (and of the Alderwood Mall in Lynwood).
