    You can try the XP SP2 IE 7 RC1 on any Vista build, but each Windows Vista build includes a version of IE 7 tailored to that build. I wouldn't look for publically available IE 7 downloads for Windows Vista until after Vista releases to manufacturing. Hope that helps!
