The Value of Wisdom

As you can see I am playing a bit of catch up as TED has been over for awhile. Barry Schwartz makes a passionate call for "practical wisdom" as an antidote to a society gone mad with bureaucracy. He argues powerfully that rules often fail us, incentives often backfire, and practical, everyday wisdom will help rebuild our world.

Below is the video, Barry makes some very interesting points and I agree with them in an ideal world. But where this all falls apart is when you are the only ethical person in the organization. This is an all or nothing concept, unfortunately I think most corporate cultures are ready for this.
