Use Special Font Characters

How about this one? Ever wanted to use a ©, ®, or maybe a ¢? If you go to Start, Run and type CHARMAP, it will lead you to a host of symbols you can drop into your documents. Don’t forget to check out the font called WingDings in there to see the strangest font characters ever.

LOL… Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map, it's really been there ever since there was windows (since Win95 in this location).

But deleting comments will not give you more creditibility.

It wasn't my comment, I just thought it was funny :)

Btw you would do your people a lot better service if you tell them how to enter those characters - most of them can be entered using Alt+their code on numeric keypad, for example copyright is Alt+0169 (holding Alt and typing 0169 on the numeric keypad). It's a lot faster than starting charmap every time you need to enter it, especially when you use few characters a lot, then you'll remember their codes easily. Personally I remember 0133 (ellipses), 0153 (trademark), 0169 (copyright) and 0174 (registered trademark).

Good point! To find out the code combination, goto... you guessed it, charmap. In the lower right corner, it tells you the Keystroke of the item you clicked. Just be sure to click an item not normally found on the keyboard. After that, go into Word or your favorite program and try it. If you are on a notebook, you will hate this... It works on the number keypad only.
