MSMQ at TechEd Developers
If you're in Barcelona this week and want to chat about MSMQ then come along to the "Ask The Experts" area on Tuesday/Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoon. I'll be sitting at the "Microsoft Vista" pod with an "I'm an expert in Vista" badge (no, don't ask why...).
Also make sure you try out the Hands-On Lab which is available all week:
SBP34-HOL SOA-izing MSMQ with WCF (and Why it’s Worth it) [Ranked 751] |
Microsoft Message Queuing’s (MSMQ) integration with the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is extremely powerful. It enables MSMQ developers to write fault-tolerant, service-oriented applications and provides a robust extensibility model developers can use to improve any system’s capabilities – including MSMQ’s. During this lab you’ll convert a System.Messaging application into a WCF Queuing application, enable that application to overcome MSMQ’s 4mb message size limitation, and integrate it seamlessly with existing MSMQ applications. |

Hi Daniel, My understanding is that the HOL will be made available through the Motley Queue blog (http://blogs.msdn.com/motleyqueue/) by the end of 2007 so not too long to wait. I'll send the product group an email just to check they are still on schedule. Cheers JohnAnonymous
