Make your 3g Windows Mobile phone a Wi-Fi Hotspot

Taproot systems recently announced it's Walking Hotspot software which allows you to turn your Windows Mobile device into a Wi-Fi Hotspot!

This would allow you to then connect your Notebook or other device via your Windows Mobile phone.
