Coordinating Work Between Role Instances

Windows Azure Web and Worker roles are designed to be stateless and thus interchangeable.  There are times however when your application role instances may need to be a behave differently than other role instances of the same type. There are also other times when some instances of different roles need to know about and coordinate with the specific instances of other roles.

Watch and listen to Ryan Dunn and Steve Marks talk about coordinating work across worker roles.  They also demonstrate a tool to generate web traffic for load testing websites, and as a bonus they also talk about the gotchas of running certain types of applications in the cloud today.
