Microsoft Dynamics GP ISV Ramp! (Webinar 3 of 7: Liaison - Messenger)

Thanks to those Dynamics GP Partners that attended our second GP ISV webinar on April 11th. This is a series of seven webinars that will cover various GP ISV solutions hosted through May. In this third webinar Tom Nielson, Vice President of Sales for Liaison, demoed and discussed the benefits of the "Messenger" application. Below are some of the topics that were discussed:

· Increase efficiencies related to outbound document management

· E-mail, Fax, Route, and Archive any form following any automation script you create

· Automatically distribute Statements based on aging levels and include archived copies of the Invoices listed on the Statement with emails or faxes

· Automated batch faxing and batch emailing of all GP business forms

· Automatically send Order Acknowledgements to the Customer’s preference - print, fax, or e-mail.

· Embed hot-links into shipment tracking numbers on emailed invoices and Shipment Notifications

· Route forms to any e-mail, fax number or printer based on variable data in the form.

· Transmit unique form templates triggered based on data.
i.e., unique customers, customer class, type or any line item or header info.
