SYMPTOMS

When you try to import a management pack in Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007, the console stops responding. Then, you receive the following error message:

OutOfMemoryException

 

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the hotfix for the Microsoft .NET Framework that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 921217. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
