Microsoft Honored at the 2011 Corporate Citizenship Summit
Today, Boston Business Journal honored Microsoft as a Top Charitable Partner in Massachusetts during its annual Corporate Citizenship Summit held at the Renaissance Hotel. Microsoft was named 2nd for in-kind support totaling $15.7 million and 23rd for cash donations of $2.34 million throughout the 2010 calendar year. On hand to help celebrate our award were two of our key non-profit partners, Timothy Smith Network and Easter Seals Massachusetts, who have been recipients of Microsoft’s software grants for many years. It is an honor to be recognized at the 2011 Corporate Citizenship Summit, but it is a privilege for us to work with the outstanding organizations in the Greater Boston area.
