Interrompe um cluster gerenciado
Isso só pode ser executado em clusters com suporte do conjunto de Dimensionamento de Máquinas Virtuais do Azure. Parar um cluster interrompe totalmente os nós do plano de controle e do agente, mantendo todo o estado do objeto e do cluster. Um cluster não acumula encargos enquanto é interrompido.
