How to: Examine Email Health Alerts
Applies To: Windows Server 2012 Essentials
The Hosted Email Integration framework includes two health alerts:
| Alert | Description |
|---|---|
| Tenant admin account authentication failure. | Raised if the credential of the tenant admin account configured with the hosted email integration service is no longer valid. The alert will ask the admin to re-configure the admin account. |
| User password was not successfully synchronized to the cloud. | Raised if the admin opted in password synchronization, and if a user password was not successfully synchronized from the Windows Essentials server to the hosted email service. |
To examine an email health alert
On the Dashboard, click the Alert Viewer in the upper-right hand corner.
Any email health alerts will appear in the alert list.
