IPrintManagerTemplatePrinter::drawPreviewPage method
Called by print template to draw a page image to a bitmap and then send the bitmap to a print dialog helper.

Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
