This option specifies which ARM architecture the compiler will target.
/QRarch{4|5}[T]
The following options are available for this switch.

| 4 | Indicates the ARM4 architecture. |
| 5 | Indicates the ARM5 architecture. |
| T | Indicates that the architecture supports the ARM/Thumb interworking instructions. |
