IMultiLanguage::IsConvertible (Windows CE 5.0)
This method checks if the charset conversion from the source code page to the destination code page can be performed.

Parameters
- dwSrcEncoding
[in] Specifies the code page identifier value for the source encoding. - dwDstEncoding
[in] Specifies the code page identifier value for the destination encoding.
Return Values
The following table shows the possible return values for this method.

| S_OK | The conversion can be performed. |
| S_FALSE | The specified conversion is not supported on the system. |
| E_INVALIDARG | One or more of the arguments are invalid. |
