RTC_WATCHER_STATE (Windows CE 5.0)
This enumeration defines possible watcher states. The IRTCWatcher::State method uses this enumeration.

This state should not happen.RTCWS_OFFERING
The notification of the new watcher has not completed. The watcher is in the OFFERING state.RTCWS_ALLOWED
The watcher is in the list of allowed watchers.RTCWS_BLOCKED
The watcher is in the list of blocked watchers.RTCWS_DENIED
The watcher has been denied access to the presence information for the user.This enumeration value is available only for RTC 1.2 and later.
RTCWS_PROMPT
The user should be prompted to deny or allow permission for the watcher to view the presence information of the user.This enumeration value is available only for RTC 1.2 and later.
