IOCTL_HAL_DISABLE_WAKE (Windows CE 5.0)
This IOCTL disables the interrupt source from waking the system.
The OEMIoControl function calls this IOCTL.

[in] Set to IOCTL_HAL_DISABLE_WAKE. - lpInBuf
[in] Set to the dwSysIntr of the driver, which is the source of the interrupt. - nInBufSize

Return Values
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
