x86 Serial Boot Loader (Windows CE 5.0)
The x86 serial boot loader is modeled after Eboot.bin, but uses the COM1 UART for transferring data to the development workstation.
The sources for the serial boot loader are in %_WINCEROOT%\Platform\CEPC\Src\BootLoader\Sboot.
