LINE_CALLINFO (TSPI) (Windows CE 5.0)
This message is sent to the LINEEVENT callback function when the call information about the specified call has changed. TAPI can invoke TSPI_lineGetCallInfo to determine the current call information.

The TAPI opaque object handle to the line device. - htCall
The TAPI opaque object handle to the call device. - dwMsg
The value LINE_CALLINFO. - dwParam1
Specifies the call information item that has changed. This parameter can be a combination of the LINECALLINFOSTATE_ constants. - dwParam2
Not used. - dwParam3
Not used.
Remarks
This message is sent to TAPI whenever the event occurs and TAPI has the line open. However, no LINE_CALLINFO messages are sent for a call after the call has entered the idle state.
