IOCTL_SERVICE_UNINSTALL (Windows CE 5.0)
This IOCTL causes a service to remove registry configuration for its auto-loading on system initialization.

Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful, FALSE otherwise. To obtain extended error information, call the SetLastError function.
