Convert Miniport Driver Initialization for NDIS 6.0 (Compact 2013)

To convert NDIS 5.x miniport driver initialization functionality to NDIS 6.0, you make the following changes to your driver:

1. Initialize the miniport driver characteristics structure for NDIS 6.0.
2. Replace obsolete function calls in your DriverEntry routine with new function calls that support NDIS 6.0.
3. Register your miniport driver's entry point functions with NDIS 6.0.
