Modify Miniport Driver Interrupt Functionality for NDIS 6.0 (Compact 2013)

NDIS 6.0 uses an interrupt registration scheme that differs from that of NDIS 5.x. Instead of registering interrupt entry points in the miniport driver characteristics structure, you register interrupt entry points in a new interrupt characteristics structure. Also, the names of interrupt entry point functions are changed in NDIS 6.0.
